At check-in, teams must submit the following documents (Also have present at all games):

Roster (approved roster at games)
Player and Coach Player Cards
Liability Waivers for all Players (Team or Individuals)
Guest Player Documents (if applicable)

You can turn in either a single document for the entire team which has everyone signatures on it OR turn in an individual waiver for each player on the roster. Either way is fine.
