Team Check-In Information:

At check-in, teams must submit the following documents (Also have present at all games):

Roster (approved roster at games)
Player and Coach Player Cards
Medical Waivers for all Players
Guest Player Documents (if applicable)

* we are also asking you to submit T-shirt sizes when you check-in. The first and second place teams will receive t-shirts and we would like to give the correct size.
